It seems that everyone who has played around  with pneumatics for some time would attempt to build a pneumatic engine. So there a number of  different models around. One that has intrigued me is the yellow Lego Technic "Steam" Engine by Per Arne Rikvold. I have been attempting to replicate it but the single picture and Quicktime movie at his site didn't provide sufficient information to be able to do so. Fortunately I was able to contact him and he has kindly provided additional photos and detailed building instructions from which I was able to build his engine. Here are pictures of my implementation of Per's engine.

It is such an interesting and unusual design that I'm sure there are others who may want to build it as well. So I thought it would be useful to do up LDraw instructions to help them.
